Orders

Orders made on www.fineryfacets.com.au and its sub-websites are intended for private use only and are not for resale. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but all products are subject to availability. In some instances, items may be out of stock, and Finery Facets shall not be held liable for their unavailability.

Finery Facets reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to suspected violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in various currencies, and payments are securely accepted via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other approved methods. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined

Shipping

Finery Facets offers free shipping on orders above specific thresholds, which vary depending on the destination country. Any applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Delivery times vary by country and shipping method. While we do our best to meet the delivery times displayed on our website, actual times may differ due to conditions beyond our control.

Refused packages or packages not received due to customer negligence (e.g., incorrect address) will be refunded once received at our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Taxes and Duties

For shipments to Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, prices are inclusive of taxes. If sales tax does not apply in the destination country, no taxes will be applied to the purchase. For other destinations, taxes and relevant duties will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving their order, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and include all original branded packaging. Personalized items or items marked as "on sale" on the product page are not eligible for return.

All returned items must comply with our return policy. Items that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Please note:

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Returned goods remain the customer's responsibility during transit until they are signed for by Finery Facets or its partner warehouses.

Warranty

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or failed repair attempts
• Items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auction sites
